Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in Ghana.
• Give accurate information about yourself and your business, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you invite.
• Tell us straight away at support@osemtech.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Storefront GH lets you build and publish a website, list products and services, take orders and bookings, and accept payments from your customers. We may add, change or remove features over time. When a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

You are the seller. Contracts for goods and services sold through your site are between you and your customers, not with us. You are responsible for your prices, stock, delivery, taxes, customer service, refunds and for following the laws that apply to your business.

• Some features are free; others need a paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew until you cancel. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.
• If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is made. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Osem Technologies is not a bank or payment service provider and does not hold your customers' money. Payments are processed and settled by licensed third-party payment providers, such as Paystack and mobile money operators. By taking payments on your website you also agree to the terms those providers set for merchants. We never store your customers' full card details.

• Money is settled to the bank or mobile money account you give us, on the provider's settlement schedule. Check your account details carefully; we are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Provider fees and any platform fee shown in your dashboard are deducted from each payment.
• Reversals, chargebacks and disputed payments may be deducted from future settlements. You agree to repay any amount a customer is refunded or charged back for a sale you made.
• We, or our providers, may hold, delay or refuse a payment we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful or against these terms, and may ask for documents to verify you or your business.

You own the text, images, logos and other material you put on Storefront GH ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and adapt your content only as needed to run Storefront GH for you, for example to publish your website and resize your images.

You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it is accurate and lawful. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Your site's address on Storefront GH remains ours, and we may reclaim addresses that are inactive, misleading or infringe someone else's rights. If you connect your own domain, you remain responsible for registering and renewing it with your domain provider.

Storefront GH, its software, design, templates and brand belong to Osem Technologies and its licensors. You may use them only to run your business on Storefront GH. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from them, except where the law allows it.

We work to keep Storefront GH running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as outages at our hosting or payment providers. Keep your own copies of important information.

You can stop using Storefront GH and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, puts other users or customers at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

After closure your website goes offline. We keep some records, such as payment history, for as long as the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy. Amounts you owe, and sections of these terms meant to continue, survive closure.

Storefront GH is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will meet your needs or produce particular business results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim about Storefront GH is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or GHS 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others arising from your content, your products or services, your dealings with your customers, or your breach of these terms or the law.

We may update these terms as Storefront GH or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. If you keep using Storefront GH after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@osemtech.com so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Ghana will have jurisdiction.
